Description - Description: The existing building was built in two phases between 1956 and 1958 as a reinforced concrete frame structure with ribbed ceilings and is under special protection as an individual cultural monument. The facade consists of exposed clinker brickwork, exposed concrete, glass blocks and window bands with external blinds. There are exposed concrete surfaces and exposed clinker brickwork in the stairwells and hallways.The rectangular building with external dimensions of l/w= approx. 76/14.50 m is divided into three building wings by two staircases. On the roof there is a massive roof structure with a flat ceiling. A new elevator will be built immediately adjacent to the south stairwell
