Description - The City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking offers from qualified firms to provide dry cleaning and laundering services, as described in the ANNEX A – SPECIFICATIONS , on an as and when requested basis, in accordance with th e specifications, Terms and Conditions herein.The City currently employs a program whereby OC Transpo employees (consisting of, but not limited to: Bus Operators, Rail Operators, Transit Supervisors, Special Constables, Communication Officers, Dispatchers, and Messengers) are issued vouchers that can be exchanged for dry-cleaning and/or laundering services, in accordance with respective employee benefits programs under their applicable Collective
