Description - Description: Daily transport during the school term of 14 autistic minors from the Special Education and Home Care Service (SESSAD) of the Guillaume Régnier Hospital Center (Rennes 35), from their home to 2 specialized schools. The public market is a framework agreement which sets out all the contractual stipulations. It is executed as purchase orders are issued under the conditions set out in articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code.
