Description - Description: The organizing contracting authority, respectively the basis for supply, management and repairs will conclude framework agreements for the supply of special transport persons deprived of liberty with a capacity of 44 places, for a period of 36 months, with a single economic operator, and the subsequent contracts will be concluded and carried out by the beneficiary units within the annex. The subsequent contracts will usually be concluded quarterly, with the economic operator of the framework agreement for the goods of the means of transport. The terms in which the contracting authority will respond, clearly and completely, to all the clarification requests/information requested
