Description - Description: The subject of the contract is the purchase of a transmission electron microscope for observing, for example, samples of nanoparticles on organic supports. The microscope will be used especially for samples sensitive to electron beam dam age and also those that show low contrast at energies in the usual range of 60 – 120 keV. The device must therefore be optimized for low-voltage mode, i.e. for work at primary electron energies less than or equal to 30 keV. The ability of local analysis of chemical composition by the method of energy-dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and the ability of crystallographic analysis with the help of point diffraction of passed electrons are required.
