Description - Description: Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for a consultant to conduct a 10-day Training of Trainers on soil-cement block production in Nampula, develop a curriculum module in ,coordination with GIZ for formal integrat ion into the national TVET system, and organize three awareness seminars in Nampula, Pemba, and Lichinga. These seminars will promote the adoption of the module, raise awareness on the importance of WBL and EIIP, and engage key stakeholders from the education, construction, and private sectors.
