Description - Description: ESB Generation and Trading Hydro Operations team operates four (4) river Hydropower schemes (220MW) and one (1) pumped storage station (292MW) on the island of Ireland. The schemes are located in different parts of the country and each s cheme has its own local operations and maintenance craft and engineering staff. Significant changeout of staff has occurred in the last number of years and is due to continue over the 2024 due to age profile and retirements.
