Description - Description The Town of Devon is inviting proponents to submit a proposal to upgrade or recondition two (2) playgrounds. Pipeline Park West playground is located at 15 Erie St. South. This playground is next to a residential roadway and walking path. It is also located on top of several active pipelines so this will have to be considered within the proposal as there are limits to what can be added structurally. Highwood playground is located behind 1328 Oakland Crescent. This playground is settled in a park backing residences on both sides with a walking path for access.
