Description - The client transfers to the contractor the planning based on the HOAI from LPH 2, the turnkey, functional construction of a new regional start-up and innovation center (RIZ) on the present property, suitable for the client to start operations. The co ntractor must demolish the existing parking space and prepare the construction area accordingly for the new building. The RIZ is to be planned and built by the contractor with up to four floors without a basement with flexible room division and the main entrance in the direction of “Platz E&I/RIZ”.
