Under the project, it plans to build four separate wind parks off Changhua County, western Taiwan. Construction will take place between 2021 to 2025.Ørsted estimates that the value of the four projects’ underwater foundation fabrication would be between TWD 55 billion (USD 1.9bn/EUR 1.5bn) and TWD 60 billion.I
