Description - Description: Seqwater is seeking to engage a qualified and experienced contractor to carry out design and construct (D&C) works for the Mudgeeraba (TMU) Water Treatment Plant (WTP) on the Gold Coast. The Scope of Works (SOW) includes electrical, mech anical, and construction tasks and consists of five (5) projects to be delivered as Separable Portions. All five (5) Separable Portions will have the same completion date of 13 February 2029. Each project focuses on the renewal and remediation of assets at the TMU WTP, addressing concerns such as asset condition, operability, electrical safety risks, and arc flash hazards.
