Description - Description: The subject of fulfillment of the public contract "Tišice clutch" is:a) Processing of the notification of the project pursuant to Section 6 (hereinafter referred to as the “EIA notification”) and documentation (hereinafter referred to as the “EIA documentation”) pursuant to Section 8 of Act No. 100/2001 Coll., On Environmental Impact Assessment, as amended. The conclusion from the EIA process will be incorporated into the PCB. The Client reserves the processing of the documentation as a change in the obligation of the contract in accordance with the provisions of Section 100 (1) of the Public Procurement Act.
