Description - A fixed-price contract is concluded with the consultant, which includes the entire content of the request for quotation. Ordering tasks after project planning is conditional and will be confirmed separately. The customer may, for a justified reason, not order the tasks confirmed by the order letter. These reasons include e.g. the project has to be stopped, during the project planning, the client has had to complain to the consultant about issues related to the performance of the tasks. If the customer does not end up ordering tasks after the project planning, the tenderer has no right to receive compensation for a part other than the part performed in accordance with the order.
