Description - Senate Bill (S.B.) 24, 88th Legislature, Regular Session, 2023, added Chapter 54 to Title 2, Subtitle B, of the Texas Health and Safety Code, which establishes the Thriving Texas Families (TTF) program as a continuation of the Alternatives to Abortio n program . The purpose of the TTF program is to facilitate the operation of a statewide support network that provides community outreach, consultation, and care coordination for women with an unexpected pregnancy.
