Description - Description: This LBNF-RFP-367697-JEE is being advertised for a competitive IDIQ under NAICS 23832 to apply TSL to the shotcrete liner to contain spalling shotcrete and work associated with the installation of TSL at the 4850 Level. Up to three IDIQ subcontracts may be awarded to participate in this TSL test application. Only those selected to participate in this test program will be offered the opportunity to be considered for additional task orders for the potential to install additional sq ft of their TSL should they meet the criteria of this test program.
