Summary - These Bidding Rules Guide, Establish And Determine The Rules And Procedures By Which The Natural And Legal Persons Interested In Participating In The Call For Public Proposal For The Acquisition Of Total Parenteral Nutrition, For Patients Of The Dr. Hernán Henríquez Aravena Hospital, Must Be Governed. The Required Medications Will Be Purchased For The Stock Warehouse. These Will Be Supplied To The Patients Of The Health Facility, All In Accordance With The 2024 Pac Purchasing And Contracting Plan, Administrative And Technical Bases, Technical Requirements, Detailed In Annex No. 2 And Other Annexes That Constitute The Aforementioned Call For Bids. The Medicines To Be Acquired Must Meet The Conditions Established By The Manufacturer. For This, Good Storage And Distribution Practices Must Be Ensured For Drugstores And Warehouses Of Pharmaceutical Products For Human Use, As Pertinent To The Activities To Be Carried Out. Which Is Authorized, Applies Standard 147 Of Good Storage And Distribution Practices For Drugstores And Warehouses Of Pharmaceutical Products For Human Use, In Relation To Supreme Decree No. 4661984, Of The Ministry Of Health. A Health Resolution From The Isp That Authorizes The Activities Of Import, Reception, Storage And Distribution Of Finished Pharmaceutical Products Must Be Presented. If The Services Are Contracted And I Represent The Owner, The Contract And Corresponding Health Resolution Must Be Attached.
