Axis 6 Of The Papi “Slowing Down Of Flows” Provides For The Construction Of 38 Structures Spread Across The Symsagel Territory (Eptb Lys). Papi-Lys 3 Was Certified On October 12, 2017 And The Commitment Agreement With The Various Funders, Stakeholders And Partners Was Signed On December 18, 2017 For A Period Of 6 Years. A Mid-Term Amendment Was Put In Place At The End Of 2020 To Finance New Projects Or To Integrate Budget Modifications Following Changes To Previously Certified Projects (Amendment 2 Mid-Term Of The Papi - Order Of 02/09/2021).
