Description - The requested services consist in carrying out a technical expertise to analyze the current technical state of the wells in the Zvoranesti catchment front as well as to define the ways to restore the underground water catchment capacities. NOTE: The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers/candidates is 16 days. The contracting entity will only respond to requests for clarification addressed by economic operators up to the established deadline, clearly and completely on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers.
