Description - Description: The service is broken down into two lots: the first batch concerns the characterization of light pollution and the identification of sectors with issues for the black frame, in order to provide more precise data to the Breton Scot. The s econd lot concerns the support of the Brittany region towards light sobriety. The objective of the study is, on the one hand, to lay the first bricks in the construction of the regional black frame. The intention in this approach is to allow the Brittany region to ensure its role as leader of local authorities on biodiversity by initiating an approach to provide an inventory of light pollution and its impact on areas with issues for biodiversity
