Description - Description: TU Delft is looking for a party or a consortium of parties that at the Van Amstelpark at the TU Delft Campus Zuid for its own account and risk a Mobility Hub (P-hub) realizes with a capacity of at least 750 parking spaces + 50 bicycle pa rking places. The contractor is asked to operate and maintain the P-hub for a period of 30 years. At the end of this first exploitation period there is the possibility to extend the agreement a maximum of three times with five years each. The P-hub plays a central role in the mobility policy of TU Delft and has to contribute to a balanced range of parking spaces at the TU Delft Campus.
