Description - The consultation is carried out in two stages:1st phase: the referencing of the candidates will grant the exclusivity of the pre-selection to a maximum of three economic operators. These will be put back into competition whenever the need arises on t he basis of the framework agreement.2nd phase: each order is then placed after re-competition between the selected candidates. A consultation email is sent to the candidates selected during the 1st phase. The order form is sent by email to the successful candidate and unsuccessful candidates are informed by email.
