Description - The specific objectives of the project are: 1. Equipping 4 libraries (1 county and 3 communal) with computers and technical equipment, which will be transformed into digital skills development hubs; 2. Change/modernization of computer equipment in 30 libraries (city and communal); 3. Development of basic skills such as digital literacy, communication, media education, digital content creation, digital security and digital entrepreneurship education of 2,500 citizens from underprivileged communities.
