Description - Description: Within the RIVM, there is a need for the purchase of an NGS Robot including quantification equipment and maintenance. This NGS robot will perform the preparations for a NGS run, using DNA, RNA and single cells as starting material to gen erate high-quality libraries, which are quantified. This is done partially or completely automatically by the NGS robot.The NGS robot will be used by all departments of the RIVM that create libraries to sequence pathogens, environmental, biological and human samples.The NGS Robot will have to be able to simultaneously generate the libraries per protocol from 8 to 96 samples with all the different protocols that will be used now and in the future.
