Description - Description: The organizing contracting authority, respectively the Supply, Management and Repairs Base will conclude framework agreements for the supply of vehicles for the transport of persons deprived of liberty with a capacity of 16 and 22 seats, for a period of 36 months, with a single economic operator, and the subsequent contracts will be concluded and carried out by the beneficiary penitentiary units in accordance with Annex 1 attached to the specifications. The subsequent contracts will be concluded, as a rule, quarterly, with the economic operator signing the framework agreement for goods of the nature of means of transport.
