Description - Description: The National Clinical Quality Registry Program aims to improve the quality of health care and ensure better health outcomes for Australian patients. Clinical Quality Registries (CQRs) systematically monitor the appropriateness and effect iveness of health care, within specific clinical domains, for the purpose of driving ongoing safety and quality improvement. The Department is seeking the services of a small number of additional CQRs to monitor areas of the greatest burden of disease and cost to the Australian health system, or with greatest unwarranted variation in care and outcomes.
