Description - Rossendale Borough Council (RBC) has been successful in its grant bid submission to the DLUHC for a Capital Regeneration Project funding. The Council has secured £17.9million of LUF grant, £1.5m contribution from Lancashire County Council and a £1 .8m contribution from Rossendale Borough Council to deliver a number of various projects under the Regeneration scheme.
