Description - Description: • The mission is to design, carry out and statistically analyze a questionnaire on the use of electronic communication services. The questionnaire includes a maximum of 60 questions concerning the personal and socio-professional charac teristics of the participants, as well as their use of broadband Internet, television, telephony and group offers. The survey relates to access methods (fixed and mobile networks), the choice of operators, reactions to price changes and preference for group or separate services.
