Description - Description: The Authority requests proposals from organizations to participate in the Community Education Coordinators Initiative (CECI). The Community Education Coordinators Initiative is focused on increasing outreach and education of CT Paid Leav e (CTPL) benefits to targeted populations and communities across the state.
