Description - Description: The Thames Estuary 2100 Plan (TE2100 Plan), first published in 2012 and updated in 2023, is a strategic approach to managing tidal flood risk to communities and business in the Thames Estuary area due to rising sea levels. Over 1.42 million people and 586,000 homes worth £321 billion in London and the wider estuary will benefit from the Plan.
