Description - The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Patuxent River, MD intends to negotiate and award a sole-source Delivery Order (DO) under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00421-21-G-0004 to L3Harris Technologies, Inc.(L3Harris), 2300 Palm Bay Road, Palm Bay, FL 32905-3377 to provide Test, Teardown, and Evaluation (TT&E), and  Repair of one (1) F/A-18 Digital Video Map Computers (DVMCs) restoring them to operational condition in support of PMA-265.  This acquisition is being pursued on a sole-source basis under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will
