Specifically, in line item 3 and line item 4 of the schedule, the formula contained in the Excel file is incorrect. The current formula calculates the day rate line item 3 and the unit rate for fuel line item 4 based on a period of 365 days, whereas it should be based on 730 days, as correctly stated in column F (Quantity fixed) of the Schedule of Prices and Rate. Hence, it should calculate to a Tender Price based on a fixed period of two years. As a result of this error, TenneT could not evaluate the received tenders.
