Description - Description: The Tax Administration (SKTFV) today uses a case management system (SKAT Equation) to administration of SKTFV's government tasks, including digital treatment of tax, tax and VAT control for persons, companies and associations. Approx. 50 0,000 cases annually in current tax equation and approx. 500,000 letters from SKAT Equation (Digital and Physical Post) per year. The current system (SKAT Equation) no longer meets SKTFV's needs. The purpose of the supply is thus to acquire and implement a new case management system that will gradually replace the current system.
