Description - Description: Nordre Follo municipality hereafter called the Contracting Authority plans to erect new sheltered accommodations in Ski.The contracting authority expects that the number of elderly persons in their own municipality will increase in the n ext 20 years and figures from SSB show that the number of elderly people over 80 years will double up to 2040.
