Description - Description: Temple University (“Temple”) is seeking qualified contractors to bid on work for the Mechanical-HVAC Package for the Temple University Hospital Renovations Project (“Project”) to be constructed at 3401 N. Broad Street, Philadelph ia, PA 19140. Temple intends to renovate the entire 3rd floor of the Park Ave Pavilion of approximately 22,400 square feet for a new Intensive Care Unit (“ICU”).
