Description - THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and services to provide (1) 12’ x10’ precast concrete utility building, frost wall footing, site grading, structural backfill, underground conduits, relocate existing propane tank, ge nerator, and transformer onto new precast pads. The new utility building shall include (1) 24,000 BTU mini-split heat pump, 200-amp main distribution panel, 100-amp electrical service panel, interior finished walls, outlets, lights, and a copper grounding system.  Contractor shall deliver building pre-assembled to be placed on contractor’s prepared spread footing foundation.
