Description - Description: Based on Article 35 of the CO2 Act of December 23, 2011 (SR 641.71) as well as the associated execution provisions (Art. 114 to 118 of the CO2 regulation of November 30, 2012, SR 641.711), the federal government can guarantee the new tec hnologies for reducing the greenhouse gas semissions until a maximum amount of CHF 3 million develop and market the use of renewable energies and to protect natural resources.
