Description - The Department's Technology Services Branch (DST) acquired Fortinet next-generation firewalls (NGFW) in April 2015. Through this public call for tenders, the MEQ wishes to renew the technical support and maintenance contract for Fortinet firewalls in order to ensure the security of its technological infrastructures.The Ministry wants to acquire, for optimal security, a 24/7 technical support and maintenance contract for Fortinet next generation firewalls (NGFW) in order to obtain updates, corrections, modifications and replacement of parts in the event of breakage associated with these components and to allow the Department to benefit from technical support from the manufacturer.
