Description - Background: Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) requires vendors capable of providing all required services to include Technical Service Representatives to provide Turn-key repair including the inspection, repair, reassembly, and final alignment for the #1 and #3 Main propulsion shaft seal assembly onboard USS DWIGHT D.
