Description - Description The purpose of this contract is the establishment of a technical assistance service for the integration of user service channels with ISTECs corporate ERP.This contract requires professional services to provide support in the following fu nctions:-Development of software components that allow unifying the service and sales channel to users of the Digital Identity Area.-Integration of the service and sales environment with ISTECs corporate ERP.-Analysis and development of elements that allow eliminating manual intervention from the different service processes.-Registration and management of sales orders.
