Description - The overall objective of the project is to support Türkiye in its efforts to contribute efficiently and effectively to the EU effort in terms of achieving reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. The Contractor is expected to complete the analysis of relevant EU and national legislation, and execute the transposition of EU ETS Directive including the legal framework gap analysis.
