Description - Description: The Energy Efficiency Sector Specialist (hereafter consultant) will identify high-potential opportunities for clean energy and energy efficiency deployment in commercial and public buildings, develop appropriate project structures and bu siness models, and contribute to creating a bankable project pipeline in India.
