Description - Description: The Project Financial Management Consultant (PFMC) will provide project accounting assistance to the project teams and PMU staff of ADB projects and improve compliance through increased coordination of financial management support. The c onsultant will conduct training for PMUs and PCOs to increase awareness on ADB's financial reporting requirements. The consultant will initially work with project management units throughout the Pacific specifically in RMI, FSM, PAL and KIR.
