Description - Description The objective of the assignment is to ensure that improved operation and maintenance schemes are adopted by Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board (TNUHDB) for safe gender-responsive shelters in at least four housing sites. This will also strengthen TNUHDB’s asset management capacity by improving its asset management systems and practices.
