Description - Description: The consultant will support the Department of Development Finance (DFD) at the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development (MOF) in preparing the Borrower’s Project Completion Report (BPCR) with respect to ADB’s Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Line of Credit Project (SMELoC). The SMELoC includes the following loans and grants: Loan 3370 SMELoC (original loan), which was later supplemented with additional funding under Loan 3670 and Grant 0574 - SMELoC Second Additional Financing.
