Description - Description: The consultant is required to act as a liaison between the procuring entity representatives and the FMIS software development team. Specifically, he/she is required to provide the functional inputs including the process information, form data, integration requirements and workflow information required to implement the envisaged e-GP system. The resource will be deployed on-site for most of the contract period and must work in close coordination with all the stakeholders. The software development by the FMIS team must be reviewed by the consultant to validate and confirm whether the software works as envisaged. Also, the consultant must prepare the software documentation required
