Description - Description: The consultant will lead and provide technical support on the design and implementation of GDP rebasing for Vanuatu. The consultant will (i) Develop a workplan for the rebasing of National Accounts and train Economic Statistics section t eam in the rebasing exercise; (ii) build a long-term, consistent database of rebased GDP; (iii) Produce a working manual for defining, coding and collections of indicators for use in the production of National Accounts, and, (iv)complete an analytical report on the rebasing exercise and the economic structure of Vanuatu based on the rebased GDP.
