Description - Description: The consultant will work closely with the designated Safeguards Specialist, Office of Safeguards; relevant ADB departments/staff/resident mission. The consultant will report to the Program Manager Licensing, Compliance and Prosecution Se ction (LCPS) and work closely with the Environment and Licensing Unit. Regular updates and progress reports will be submitted to MELAD Secretary.The consultant will be engaged on a fulltime basis for 260 working days from 13 November 2025 to 12 November 2026, with the possibility of a 12 month extension based on performance and evolving needs of ECD ELU.
