Description - Description: The consultant will support the LMD with activities relating toland access, leases, development approvals, land reclamation, and land management - particularly relating to infrastructure development. The consultant will work closely with Kiribati’s LMD, and Project Management Units (PMUs) under ADB-supported projects, to become familiar with broader land access requirements, assisting the LMD to identify opportunities for improvement and undertake problem-solving and systems strengthening as appropriate.
