Description - Description: 1) The consultant will be responsible for trade finance capacity development of banks in ADB’s Developing Member Countries, with a primary focus on the Pacific region. The consultant will assist banks in establishing and/or enhancing t rade finance operations. 2) The consultant will work with TSCFP’s DMC banks to expand marketing of trade finance products to customers, with the aim of helping banks grow trade finance business volumes (both imports and exports). 3) For those banks with approved facilities with TSCFP, the consultant will actively work with those banks and its customers to seek ways to make best use of the Program. 4) The expert will also attend and/or present a
