Description - Description: The consultant is responsible for identifying a pipeline of high-quality NbS projects where there is potential to include private sector finance by using innovative financing instruments. In doing so, the consultant would be expected to work with ADB’s private sector teams and the private sector teams of NSFH partner organizations to identify projects and to strengthen the project design to meet NSFH criteria. She (he) would be responsible for working with the project team leader to design appropriate blended finance structures using cofinancing from NSFH financing partners or other available blended finance sources and to maximize opportunities for private sector financing. l
